The low pressure area (LPA) spotted about 350km East Southeast of Virac, Catanduanes is now Tropical Depression Juaning (International name 10W) as per PAGASA, July 25.

PAGASA alerted today the provinces of Quezon, Polillo Island, Aurora, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Ifugao, Mt. Province, Isabela, Cagayan including Calayan and Babuyan Group Of Islands, Kalinga, Abra, Apayao and Ilocos Norte for stormy winds and rough seas.
