Bobby Ray Parks Jr. named UAAP’s season 74 MVP





The 6ft. and 4 in. guard/forward of National University Bulldogs (NU) Bobby Ray Parks Jr. netted the Most Valuable Player award in UAAP’s season 74.

Bobby Ray Parks Jr. is the son of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) import Bobby Ray Parks who made his debut with San Miguel Beer in 1987 and played for Formula Shell until 1998. The NU newcomer bested Ateneo’s Greg Slaughter’s 63. 3571 SPs with 66.6429 total SPs. Parks had an average of an average of 20.0 points, 6.5 rebounds, 2.9 assists, 1.1 blocks and 1.1 steals.

Bobby Ray Parks Jr. has set the record for being the first to win the MVP award though his team did not make it in the Final Four.
